Re-enrollment Information

  • Definition of a Re-enrolling Student: Any returning student who enrolls BY April 1st.
  • Definition of a New Student: Any returning or new student who enrolls AFTER April 1st.  AFTER APRIL 1ST, ALL NEW STUDENT AND APPLICATION FEES APPLY.
  • Forms Due:  All forms must be completed and the registration fee must be paid by April 1st in order to ensure a spot for your child.
  • Early Re-Enrollment:  You will receive $25 off your enrollment fee if you sign a contract by Feb 1st.  Payment is due by April 1st.
  • Current Families with a Child Entering Kindergarten 2008-09:  Submit a Student Application with application fee by Feb 22nd to secure a spot in the Kindergarten class.  You will be contacted to schedule your child for an evaluation with the Kindergarten teacher. 
  • Referral Incentive:  Refer a new family to PCA, and receive a $500 credit toward your tuition.  New family will receive a $75.00 credit toward their application fee.  The appropriate forms must be completed and submitted, and all guidelines must be met.  See the Guidelines for Enrollment Incentives (PDF) for more information.
